Shipping policy
Free shipping does not include signature on delivery and as such, Original Creative Designs are not liable for lost or incorrectly delivered orders using the free delivery option. If you require delivery guarantee and coverage for the above, please select either of the paid delivery options instead.
After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer a $12.00 flat rate for standard shipping in Australia.
We offer a $15.00 flat rate for express shipping in Australia.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, don't hesitate to contact us at sales@originalcreativedesigns.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
International Shipping Rates and Estimates:
We offer a $15.00 flat rate for standard shipping to the USA, Canada and New Zealand.
We offer a $25.00 flat rate for express shipping to the USA, Canada and New Zealand.
If you haven’t received your order within 21 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, don't hesitate to contact us at sales@originalcreativedesigns.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. (Please allow for 3 weeks delivery on international orders to USA / Canada and 2 weeks to New Zealand, excluding weekends and holidays)
Please note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Original Creative Designs is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@originalcreativedesigns.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these case-by-case but will try to work towards a satisfactory solution.
